Note: Any companies failing to be awarded will be refunded with all costs. The fees of assessment and reviews will be assumed by the organizing committee. An office seat of finances will be set up at the service desk at the opening ceremony of the opening day of the exposition. All enterprises will be refunded the costs of assessment and review on the spot.

1. "Gold Medal" winners will enjoy a one-month free branding services and products promotion offered by the internet promotion center after the exposition.

2. "Gold Medal" winners can get a free interview with China Central Television and news coverage of CCTV.

3. "Gold Medal" winners can become permanent members of the official website with the publicity of permanent link to the listed brands on the website.

4. "Gold Medal" winners will be granted a 9-sqm booth by the Organizing Committee free of charge when they attend the next ICE2012 Beijing China International Condiments, Food Ingredients and Additives Exposition

5. "Gold Medal" winners can be members of the Guiding Committee of Nutritional Condiments, Food Ingredients and Additives Brand and Marketing and will be publicized on at least five exposition journals. At the same time they are entitled to participate in the annual marketing activities of the guiding committee.

   1. The Review Committee will publish the list before October 1st, 2011.

2. The event will be mainly based on the inspection report of the inspected products. All award winners will be only selected from them.

1. Companies should first fill out the receipt of "awards application form" and fax or mail it to the Organizing Committee (the fax and copy have the same legal effect)

2. The Organizing Committee will reply the company within two days upon the receipt of the form and send the confirmation letter to acknowledge the eligibility to participate in the award assessment and review.

3. Companies will transfer the sponsorship fees to a designated bank account of the committee within one week upon the receipt of the reply letter and formal invitation letter. In case companies fail to pay the sponsorship fees to the bank account within the specific timeline, they will be disqualified.
